Menus and Nutrition

Ann is our Head Chef at Absolute Angels. All of our meals are home cooked, on site and consist of fresh ingredients. Where possible we aim to source our produce from local suppliers. Ann has over 30 years in catering sector. She is a Master Baker and has extensive knowledge in relation to Nutrition. Prior to joining our team, she Head Chef and owner of Award-Winning Restaurant. Her restaurant won Best Dining Experience 2016. This was awarded by the Drogheda Chamber of Commerce.

Ann and Fiona Cooney (classroom leader in our Sunshine Room) have completed the Healthy Ireland Smart Start Programme. We are aiming to get our Healthy Ireland Award.
