FEE POLICY

All fees are to be paid on the first day of the week. Fees can be paid through the bank or at reception by cash. A deposit of one week’s fee is required to hold your child’s place. This will be returned to you when your child has finished attending the crèche if all payments are up to date. Holiday periods, Bank holidays and sick leave must be paid for as staff and expenses must still be paid. It is vital that fees are paid in full and on time for the successful running of the service. Therefore, failure to pay fees of 2 weeks will result in your child’s place being withdrawn. Two weeks’ notice is required when a child is leaving the crèche/Montessori. If your child is availing of DCYA funded programmes, four weeks’ notice is required. Absolute Angels shall have the right to receive full payment during the notice period whether the child attends the childcare facility or not. In the event of the closure of the Service in exceptional circumstances, that is beyond the control of the Management e.g. adverse weather conditions full fees for the closure period will be payable unless the situation continues beyond a reasonable time.
